Cetrest Cold DS is a combination oral suspension used to treat and relieve common cold, flu, and allergy symptoms. It typically contains an antihistamine to stop allergies, a decongestant to clear a stuffy nose, and a painkiller/fever reducer. Cetirizine or Chlorpheniramine: Antihistamines that block histamines to stop sneezing, watery eyes, and an itchy or runny nose. Phenylephrine: A nasal decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nose to relieve stuffiness and sinus pressure. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces mild-to-moderate fever, headache, and body aches.
