AVil 25 Tablet is an antiallergic medication used to treat allergic conditions (such as hay fever, drug rashes, allergic conjunctivitis, and food allergy), respiratory tract conditions, and other skin conditions. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that causes allergy. AVil 25 Tablet should be used only as directed by your doctor. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed. The most common side effect of this medicine is sedation. This effect usually disappears after a few days if tolerance is acquired. Avoid driving or engaging in activities that require attention if you experience sleepiness after taking this medicine. If this side effect bothers you or appears serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways to reduce or prevent them. Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have glaucoma, asthma issues, or high blood pressure. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
